Unable to connect

I was having a hard time connecting to your server and also to forums, i just found out that using VPN would give me a better connection. Is using VPN against ToS? Would that lead my account multiple login sessions at different locations? Is it okay to use VPN? Sorry if im using the wrong thread. I hope i do get a reply from this devs. Once again, thank you for tour kindness.

It's fine to use a VPN for playing, just not for plat offers.
