Ads and free elixirs

Sup y’all I know there was a thread the other day covering this but I can’t find it. I am having trouble with my free ads and platinum offers aren’t there for me to even open, I have restarted the game several times and deleted the game and reinstalled still to find I can’t use these elixirs.

If anyone has any ideas for me and possibly others with the same problem you can leave suggestions below the thread

There is a very high probability that this isn't a 'problem', but that you are no longer eligible to use offer providers due to past behavior.

Not that I’m disagreeing w Futumsh in any way, but I wanted to add my experience with those which has been oddly sporadic.
Just today the offers disappeared briefly and then came back, and this happens randomly more than a few times.
I have no access to them on old devices (which I understand) but sometimes my phone works when my pad doesn’t, or it just vanishes randomly and reappears like today. To my knowledge I’ve done nothing wrong as I only do what they allow when they do allow me to, and the fact that it reappears makes me think I’ve never done anything wrong.

If they come back then it has nothing to do with eligibility. If they're always missing, it's probably either the account not being eligible to use them, or a device incompatibility of some sort.

Is the number of times you can use the ad based elixirs limited in 24 hrs? And if so how many times. Also is this number for each individual elix or the whole group? Like if i used some damage elix will my number of xp elix be lowered in those 24 hrs?

From the sounds of things it seems as if there is a cap amount of elixirs you can use in total but I’m not sure

there is a daily cap on elixers, I can't tell you the exact number since I believe it's different per country

There are daily limits, minimum times between usage, and they may also be unavailable due to offer provider inventory and targeting.
