2. 10M solid Gold Helmet+White robes(Valentine event)+Golden Roger Hooks+Golden wings(Valentine again I think)

These are common ones, you should hit the auction and try other combinations

1. Green Arlor set with Spider's Queen Bow and Ghost Knight Blades/Goblin's Blighted Skewers, add Goblin Cauldron as your backpack or leave it empty. As for banner, I'd say green love banner but that doesn't exist, please sts, hahaha. This vanity Combo is cheap for your budget but it'll do

2. Royal Winterfest Cap + Bloodgrub's Mail 2018 (Purple), use both Death Knight Longbow and Blades as your weapons. You can use purple/radiant love as your banner and Mishi as your main pet. Again, this combo is cheap for your budget but it looks awesome for rogues imo.

3. Ice Shard Helm + Permafrost Hauberk, use both Ghost Knight Blades and Recurve as your weapons. I think this one is the cheapest but also one of the coolest combos, imo.

Himingleva set looks pretty nice with gold hooks or scythes.

Miner set with gold hooks also cornucopia or wings. You can combine it with churro too for a "Farmer" look. You can skip the helmet.

Desert assasin vest with another vanity as a helmet. Gold hooks look great with this too.

Just some combinations at the top of my head. Hopefully you find what you are looking for
