It is always loot by luck.. it if lootable and craftable otherwise there would be none in auc.. craftable means that the item is able to craft :P a recipe can be found at the vendor :3

It would be nice if we could craft the visages. There are so few visage that drop that it's rare to have all the ingredients to craft a doll. I have so many hair, maybe use some of them to craft a visage plus other ingredients that you choose. We can craft the love letters and goblin altar passes, why not visage?
Yes they are craftable if you can get a visage but no one can get even one. You need to make these more accessible either through the vendor or being able to craft them.
