I have a question
is it just me or I don't have the option to watch an ad for an elix in pc

No one can watch ads for elixirs on pc.

AL in PC is a browser based game. It's not possible for them to confirm if u have watched ads or not without tracking your browser's activities.

This can result in being accused of invading privacy and such, if I am not mistaken.
