I think he means he clicked on 10 elite awakening gems but he got them separately not as a 10x kit.

Ah, then no bug here - single kits of more than one are no longer used (though previously existing ones have not been converted yet).

They only existed in that form due to not having item stacking at when they were added.

So you mean 1 10x elite awake,1 5x elite awake wont be available anymore?but only single elite awake?

You can trade and auction stacks of them now, so there's really no reason for there to be a single 5 awake / 10 awake kit. You can still buy 5 or 10 at a time, they just all go into the same stack.

So what if someone has 200x 10 awakes kits in stash? Will they be safely transferred to other chars? Since max limit is 999 as they turn into singles..

We may or may not convert the existing ones, not sure. If we do, it won't be in a way that loses any of them.
Most likely we'll just leave the existing ones alone, or possibly just convert ones there is stack space for.
