Which is better?

Sanguine because it gives a set bonus. If you can afford it, get crafted sanguine Longbow set. But those sets are pricy !

I dont kno specific stat differences, but the sanguine set is better.

a mage with full sanguine set can reach over 100 crit buffed that means smokin the competition in pvp

Sanguine all the way cuz of set bonus. Try to get crafted. Lvl 65 uncrafted sanguine is rare to find in cs especially longbow and leather. Crafted is in cs almost daily.
