There is a much better chance for kits at 110. Lower level characters have a chance to drop orbs and it’s much more likely that they’ll get an orb as opposed to a kit.

There is NO, zero chance for xp kits at lvls under 110. Yea orbs, someone that need xp getting 150xp orb and 110lvl max lvl gets 2500xp kit, fair af.
