Mire helm 2%dex/4%armor +
Mire armor ~
Hidden belt ~
Hidden ring ~
Hidden amulet ~
Mire shadow artifact ~
All in all, this should give you roughly 1.2k dex (4.5kish dmg) and 5.5karmor+
Cost : 8m

this is what im using right now except for artifact. Cant afford for now
