I've skimmed through the thread and I've seen someone mention that Awake Gems will go over 100K. They will probably still go higher than 30K, but there's a point when it simply isn't worth it, so I doubt anyone would splash 100K+ on 1 Blue Gem.

I think though that it's about time that it becomes slightly easier to craft the Blue Gems from farming. Maybe increase their drop rate, or make the recipe require 3 parts instead of 5.

That was true but I don't know about now. Some people are struggling because of the pandemic affecting economy.
I feel sorry for those who sold all their stuff, some sold it quite cheaply too.

Elite awaken gems= Unchanged

The only difference with Elite Gems is what you can get with them. Their prices and trade status are not changed during this event.

Why is this decision made? To increase the price of each normal awakening gem. Makes no sense, 30k for a tradeable gem is extremely high tho. Couldn’t you make it 10k?

Players been looking forward for this event because it is a nice way to increase your gold. This just ruined it all and made everything so much harder for regular players... only the rich have the privilege now..

If the awake gems have been rised so much in price, I think there should be some passive element involved for such change.
I know it is helping to fix the gold value, but even then, this disturbs the economy big time.
If they atleast make some tweaks for slot unlocking of gears, it will be tremendously helpful. Just increase the chances of slot unlocking, or atleast have a way to unlock the slots faster so that it wont ruin the prices of gears for people.
It should be made fair enough for f2p players too.

It is not about who is gaining more, it is about giving them the opportunity to make gold. I guess you are missing the point. But what I actually mean is, those who are rich are able to hoard gems in advance to open later for 10k. Those we do not have much gold, they cannot, that’s my point.
