Need help picking a tablet

I'm looking for a cheap tablet that has ok specs (has to be able to play PL). Any ideas?

I heard the kindle fire is pretty decent, but you would need to root it to play PL. I'm not sure if you can do a direct download from STS, but it's a real pain to root it.

Samsung galaxy tab is good but expensive (I got it for free

I used z4root to root my phone but it doesn't work on all phones/tabs.

The kindle fire is a small lightweight inexpensive tablet and you cans download any sts app from http://auth.pocketlegends.com/download/
Have fun with whatever tablet you pick

Asus Eee pad transformer, either the original or the prime. that extra battery from that keyboard dock is awesome. And those 2 usb slots are neat.

The prime has quad core and nvidia tegra 3 graphic card, well u dont need those for PL, of course.

The kindle fire is the cheapest you can get. As for myself, I'm selling as many art pieces as I can so I won't have to sell my iPad 2 for the 3. Necro, are there any details about it? I'm not getting one if there's no touch sensitivity.

From what I've heard/researched, the iPad 3 will have a retina display (as per the iPhone 4/4S), a MUCH faster chip, same great battery life (10hrs for me), 4G LTE support, And probably a couple other things.

And no, the iPod probably won't be refreshed yet, although the apple TV will be refreshed.

New generations of iPod touch's usually come out with new iPhones, not iPads.
