The Platinum to Gold Exchange

This evening I was exploring the different ways a person could spend plat in the game when I realized that ticking the "+" next to your gold directs you to an area where you can exchange your platinum for gold.

After looking at the plat/gold ratio, a couple guildies and I realized that the Platinum to Gold exchange is abit outdated since the current AL economy differs greatly than the one that existed when this Exchange was first implemented.

The previous updates have implemented different things in effort to keep up with the ever-evolving economy, maybe this should change too?

To justify my thinking:
(25 plats can get you 5 elite gem which gives people far more gold than the rate shown below)

Platinum right now is 20k per 1 plat. On average. The issue with this is if they do fix it then it will cause inflation.
More gold will be added into the game.

You wouldn't want plat players to stop buying and supplying the community with Elite gems, Keys, energies etc.. just cause they could easily convert it to gold and avoid all the hassle.
