Elondria's Savior Banner bug

Hello STS,

I just came back after more than 4 years and I still have my leaderboard banners which is great but there might be a problem with one of them.

The Elondria's Savior Banner which you can see in the screenshot below used to have some visuals where green leafs were falling from the top of the banner.

Can you please look into this and make sure is adjusted prior to it's release.

This looks like it's working fine to me - leaves come out when you're moving.

When you were sitting the leafs were falling, especially when people inspect your toon, could seen them fall.

I'm pretty sure something has changed over the time without people to take notice.

Revision history on it says it hasn't changed, and it appears to work as we expect it to. Closing.
