Just a clarification, does Boss damage affects Spider?

Nope, those huge spiders are considered as mobs, Elite damage works on them

As I've heard from a friend, he did tell me that according to marroos Boss damage does work against spiders. Never tried tho.

As Cliva said above, only elite damage works, because they are considered as mobs. I've tried boss damage and elite damage and it does make a lot of difference.
