Glintstone Staff's proc

Hi devs, i have a suggestion for the Glintstone staff's proc. I realized that the Glintstone staff has no worth at all for now, because of its low stats and bad proc. But i think it will have something worth if the proc is changed. I have tested the proc on low level maps and it does really low damage to enemies, even the slow only decrease their movement a bit. The effect of moving clouds is amazing but it does nothing :/
It is better if you add damage to it, like damaging enemies based on their HP% or something. So it will be fun to have them.
I hope devs are reading this and do something as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention.

Because it has no use right now, i dont know how can its proc doesnt work. I have tested to weak mobs and the clouds wont damage them. So i think it would be better to be reworked

There are many old items which had good procs back then, and they are useless now. If they buff Mage set, then I will ask them to buff Cackling Bonesaw to give more STR when it procs because 35 is too low.

But this case is different, your bonesaw is good enough by giving 35 str, it is different to the clouds of glintstone staff, it does nothing. Just moving around with no use :/

-1 not needed buff old weapon doesnt need buff. Just progress already to end game or near endgame weapons like creep rifle or tainted sets lol ik pvp in 48 is active rn if youre going to pvp just use drag staff lol no need to brag buff for this weapon imo the staff doesnt really need buff nor needed anyways since newbies reach lv.54 (Underhul Zone) so theres no need for them to use lv46 items straight 57-61 dusk gears
