Prevents you from getting stunned or slowing you down. Also has decent dmg protection. It can also stun mobs or banish them. In PVP it can stun other player which is op.

It gives you a shield, you are immune to all types of stun effects and it also prevents incoming damage! Highly recommend it
Nekro reduces damage 80%, there are several good threads comparing nekro to glowstick. Nekro prevents stuns but doesn't remove them. Doesn't help with poison or curse either.
Glowstick has a different shield that starts higher at 90% and decreases 10% per second. Doesn't help with stuns but does remove poison or curse. Glows poison pools can slow and or stun.
On a related note multiple nekro and glowstick shields don't stack and in fact can cancel each other. Saying how they cancel each other is complicated. In general count to 5 at least after one shield disappears before using the next one of the same type. It's easier to mix shields nekro,glow, cotton or Oswald.
Stun immunity, chance to panic enemies, some dmg, strong shield, movement speed buff
might also slow enemies but I can't rememberf

So that is why if some runner same nekro or glow and if you use the aa after the other one use it theres a ms aura but no shield? Same as glow i ask if the second use is effective or not?
If the second one is used long enough after the first then it works fine. If second is used while first is still active both end with the first shield. That's why people ask for one glow or nekro. It's hard for randoms to rotate and time shields.
I'm not sure what your saying here but if your issue is not knowing the damage reduction of the shield a simple forum search will tell you how the shields work. I've seen enough of your posts to suggest you try that more frequently in general.
nekro reduces damage 80%? just check another comments in this thread, they all says its 40%, something weird right? hahaha
glow 90 and decreases 10 per second? so it works 9 seconds in your opinion? maybe try check description?

btw it's really so hard to check nekro dmg reduce, look:

I followed my own advice and here you go
"We double ran the numbers on this so here are some of the facts to help the discussion, which needs to slow down on the snarky remarks please.
Nekro Shield
- Lasts 10 seconds if not broken by damage
- 40% Damage reduction for duration
- 15 second debuff where you cannot be reshielded
Glowstik Shield
- Lasts 6 seconds if not broken by damage
- 95/75/55/35/15% Damage Reduction, each section lasts 1.2 seconds with an average damage reduction of 55% for duration
- 15 second debuff where you cannot be reshielded
The main point of interest here is that if the entire Nekro Shield is up for the full 10 seconds, its shield is more effective than Glowstik's. If Nekro's shield is broken early by damage then Glowstik's shield is better, as the total potential mitigation of damage is much larger (by around 150% at level 61)
We don't have any plans to change Glowstik at this time."
