For overall use, nekro would be better since you can absorb some damage yourself while rogues and mages need that glowstick aa more than you, so they could be the ones to use the glowstick aa. Plus, nekro aa is great to avoid being stunned in gates particularly or sometimes in pvp as well since getting stunned prevents you from doing proc combos if applicable and thus would hinder you useless for the duration of the disable, which shouldn't be the case since tanks nowadays are the actual CORE of maps like vardan gates and even in pvp clashes so nekro would be more ideal...
