Does it really need to put dex passive in war build?

It gives more damage, hp, and crit. Useful to have. If you don't put the points in there then you would have extra unspent points. Most masteries are useless.

Yep get the dex full just leave the int out completely (you got pots for that and it doesn't increase anything else than mana)
