Could someone clarify how exactly do we win the Vanity Sets?

From what I know,

-you need to participate in each week,
-kill the boss,
-say a certain phrase
-make sure you can see picture of the loot.

*Rinse and Repeat for 6 weeks*

Then you get rewarded the vanity set after the 6th week?
