Does anyone know how that work i have 55% luck but i got recently a 25%luck elixir so i had 80% luck but when i play a lvl it didn't proc a lot it only proc 8 times

Could be that the luck didnt stack, or you just have bad luck in general.
You could have 99% luck but if it rolls on the 1% no reroll 20 times. youll reroll 0 times.

8 procs is still alot if you ask me, unless you run Fester maybe
Re-roll rules only applies when an enemy had dropped something to begin with. 100% luck doesn't necessarily make every mob you kill reroll and drop something.

Well if you killed 8 bosses and re-rolled 8 times I'd say it's pretty good. Maybe you should provide more info? Mobs don't drop items all the time, maybe you should try it at bosses. Maybe you were just unlucky?
I'm pretty sure you can have 100% luck and it re-rolls every time an enemy drops an item.

Luck does not proc "re-roll", its just simply increases your chance of getting better loot.

Luck means reroll, rerolling is the only way to influence what you drop.

I think that's the answer because i played once somberhold with the same amount of luck but i didn't got a lot of reroll from the mobs so i think that the reroll only work if those mobs can drop something or else it's too broken, like imagine playing this pirate event and all your kills got loot reroll
That's the real answer, no doubt about it. If you have 100% luck, it will just try to improve the item you looted, it doesn't help you loot more items.

Edit: if you actually read the post you so gallantly shoved into your response, you would know that the person who wrote the post distinguished luck as an real life factor -when opening crates- never did he mention luck and reroll being two seperate thing in the game.
The OP should have used the word RNG instead of luck because now we get people like you who open 1 eye and globally read a post, then go on to prove a point thats not there in the first place.

you dont know how many times I rerolled but did not get any loot. its because even you reroll, you may not get anything as you are not lucky enough to get a dropp.

And little disclaimer: because you reroll it doesn’t automatically mean your loot will be better than the original intended drop.

That's not true. You might have missed the item, or re-rolled for a token which doesn't appear in the message box.

This isn't always true. Your re-roll behavior varies on your initial drop.
That being said, an initial drop of common, rare, epic: you'll always re-roll an item of the next rarity if the lootable has.

As you just said, it only gives you a higher rarity if it rerolls to a higher, hence it “doesnt always mean your loot will be better than the original intended drop, no?”
