Guild founding date

Isnt it unfair that this is part of computation for guild ranking it is really impossible for new guilds to vye for the peak.

Somehow i agree with this. My guild is somewhere in the Top 10 and yet e very ranking we tried to compute on our own since we know the criteria but along the way we tried to compute as if we can get the max/high requirements(aps,pvp,pve etc.) we couldn't still enter at the Top 5 since we lack i think on the Foundation Date (Guild was still less than 1 Yr) yet i think our max would only be at Top 6 or 5 something since the Top 5 guilds above are already founded long ago.
