I'm doing flags so can anyone help me how much speed % is good to doing flags aps I just need a suggestion.

The more the better. I dont know what to consider as good but I'm sure having the most movement speed is the best XD
I'd just set a budget and buy what I can get for that amount.

About the op question. As much speed as you can get, speed will always give you an advantage. I would say like 400 or 300 would be good enough

I was, 600%+ ms is probably enough for doing flag aps.

This will be hard to say, since these kind of items are really rare (40/45%+ ms on an item) and it depends on the item as well.
