evg warr guide
I was hesitant at first when ppl suggested I make one since ppl might judge and stuff, but in the end I rly don't care as long as it helps ppl. hope u like it. was also requested by a few of my friends who would get in a pt with warrs who die wave 25. so this is for them (and anyone else who actually cares) this guide is for fully geared warrs. what u need is dozer axe/aegis, ebon aegis/armor, glint aegis, chasmal armor, and buried set.
let's start with the simple stuff, like skills.
wave 1-49: chest splitter, skyward smash, jugg, axe throw
wave 50+: skyward smash, jugg, heal, axe throw
the reason for heal is the 3 sec invulnerability shield, it helps a lot. if u struggle to get to wave 50, use it even earlier (maybe even start with it idk)
heal at exactly 54 secs. immediately after, proc dozer axe, then jugg (charge it pls idk why some don't) proc dozer aegis, ebon aegis, and glint.
chasmal armor should only be on glint and dozer axe+ buried set. if u have another way to do it, go ahead and stay like that.
now onto the harder stuff
"what do I do on my non ult wave?" good question.
my answer to that is hope u proc and don't die. works WONDERS.
jk, avoid all red zones while not getting your pt killed
"well why do rogues/mages always get pulled?" that's 100% your fault they get pulled, face the spiders AWAY from them, especially if your rogue uses pierce.
(if u run with issult I highly suggest u do this)
the first person to die should be u
"why did I die to a fireball on wave 70?" that was my question when I first reached it, which is when I first started the "run n heal" strat. if u have heal, stand in the boss and block the fireball. if u don't have heal, run. simple as that
"why does my pt die to fireballs?" well it's 50% your fault and 50% their fault. yours because u didn't block it by standing in the boss, theirs because they didn't run.
"do I need bd" no, I have 23 bd on my un jeweled buried ring and amulet
now onto the even harder stuff.
u need to be 100% aware of your surroundings. if a spider red zone is near, don't go in it. if a boss grenade it thrown, avoid it. if a fireball red zone is near, keep heal charged and run into it. (if no heal, run ofc, wave 70+ btw) lower waves just tank it lol. face the spider up or to the left, and make your pt go down or to the right. guarantee u no one will get pulled
now we go to the pets. easy stuff really. when I solo tank I use arc arie, when I'm with another warr I use glow. make a mage or rogue nekro at 40-45 secs. "won't u get debuffed without glow?" nah
where to stand in the map: stand in the middle. not up, not low, in the middle. to group mobs, run left to right and meet back in the middle by 55 secs. no mobs should be left since there's a chance of dying by them without ult.
