Is this normal that i wasted 3m+ to open slot my clean elite doz axe but still only 1 slot open :/. I used both elite and normal awake.

Yes. I used to spent 700 blue gem to fully awake ebon sword back then.

Buying full awakened equipments is way better than buying the clean ones IMO

I have suggested opening slots to be a gold sink, then one can fully enjoy the risks of gambling on Awakens.
