Missing gold tier title

I reached gold tier and went to use my [CART COMMANDER] title, only to find that it is NOT there. I closed the AL app and restarted it to see if that would work, but still NO title. I took pictures of my title list just in case I passed over it all the times I went through my list looking for it. STS, please help?
