Totally iniquitous to new guilds who aspire more in ranks, I dnt know why its even included in computation, just totally unfair. This guild foundating date created a huge disparity from all guilds.
Remove the guild founding date!

-1 This is a reward for loyalty to the game and perseverance for those who have been able to maintain a guild for years
We have guild aps events, pve events etc. To increase our rankings but this founding date is just dissapointing making us limited to a certain rank. Leaderboard should be a fair competition not by this impossible requirement to achieve.
