Bug on my character cant join event

This are the picture of my ign : anzimatta
No Enter the race event option.
I tried logout, login, closed the apps, and its still stuck.
Cant join the event
On my other characters its working, only on this character. Whats wrong??
On my main character ign: freckert no problem at all. only on this char
