So I'm new to this arcane legends game Cinco is there a level requirement or will enemies scale with my level?

You didn't mention if we loose our colossal guild hall if we craft a the new volcano gh. It took a lot of gold and work to craft it last year, is there maybe a trade in value? Can we switch back to the colossal gh or is it gone forever? Or even better would be to transfer the colosssal to a deed so we can sell? Thanks!!!!

I thought these are crate contents

If a person reads/looks closely it looks like those are commas after each different thing(start with were the boss loot is explained, pictures make it weirdly ordered.). Seems too good to be true if those arcs are included in loot table tbh lol.

This is the quote without all of the images to clear up confusion about the arcane loot:

Defeat him for a chance to loot some great gear, including Tempered Volcanium Vanity Armor and Helmet (tradeable), recipes to craft Arcanite Shoggoth and Arcanite Werewiger(but only during the Arcanite Fields event), the Volcanium Valley Valise locked crate (which contains recipes that allow you to craft Player House versions of event furniture), and a rare chance to drop lvl 76 Arcane armor, helms, and belts! These belts have a chance to grant the wearer +25% speed (stacking) and +25% damage resistance for a short time after an enemy is defeated.
