Im getting very annoyed by that too. People been asking for prices of vanities that I wear and if I tell them the last offer I got they say I manipulate the price. I'm not even selling the item anyways.
It gets to the point that I list items in auction with alts and dont reply to people who ask how much or just say I dont know.

Actually I didn't try that with balloons. Get your story straight. That would make 0 sense to list an item in auc super high to try and rise price.
