Ebon armor/helm loot broadcast message.

In beginning I don't know if someone before proposed it before but, I think it would be cool to see messages of ebon armors/helm drops on Orrick/Hydra maps, just like vanities from Northal, Cryostar cores, etc. Maybe I am not one curious about people luck. Of course, if it'll not be annoying to other players, but still we get messages about antignome items, or vanities from Northal or Cryo so I don't think it would be a problem.

Yeah it could be nice idea when someone looted one armor or helm so others who wanted pm him if they wanted to buy for example and if they also could write a chance to loot it if it's 0.0001% or more details about it like they writed about evg or events
