Anyways if you don't have a kindle fire your not going to play DL first. Kindle fire gets it 2 weeks before everyone else
I'm hoping that android devices with the amazon app market also get DL at the same time kindle fire does :-/

I highly doubt it will be weeks, maybe days. Not a lot of people have kindle fire. But we don't know the exact release date

The kindle fire is a android based tablet that is pretty cheap for tablets. As per buying it.

2. Find a kindle fore

A huge majority of the people that want the beta just to play it with no idea of what a beta really is are quite intriguing. Imagine what it would be like if everyone like that got the beta...

Most open betas are probably just to test server capacity, since a majority of the beta testers think it is just early access and are either not willing, or incapable of giving useful feedback to the devs. Also, the Kindle thing kind of sucks, but it is a good market for STS to get into because Kindle Fires are only $200 dollars and are aimed at less tech savvy people, so it might get Dark Legends out to a much larger audience and a larger audience means more dev resources will be allocated to the game.
