Hi, i just went to search about old stuff in AL at forum and i found gem called Necropolis Cursed Skull. I wanted to buy it but i am curious, about how is it works and why is it so expensive if it is not good. Can anyone tell me about how much the heal is and how often is its proc? Can someone explain to me?

Outdated gem. Can slot only in gear that's level 46 or lower. Even back then it was pretty bad because it just adds mana and recovers some insignificant amount of health.

It doesn't have any visual effects either so it's useless.

Thanks to all of your answers, but i have a last question, is it stackable? I mean, it has 1% chance on normal and 2,5% chance on grand to proc, will it be 3% if wear 3 of them?

No, nothing stacks, except the raw Mana that they give. So it's pretty much a fancy Water jewel.
