Event isnt still ended why we cant use the Sand dollars.....??? Where is cool down or wt it is called... Always after events we still could use the tokens.... I Dont like this. Still got over 7k left to use

I didn't get a tier but I had sand dollars so I can't access the NPC. Very weird
