Best place to farm locked crates with leprechaun pendant?

Only lock that drops is marshland lock i think your better off farming jewels

That was the Locked Grand Crate Of The Watch and it no longer drop to Jarl because it was resulted of a very large number of hoarder and the supply-demand prices. However you can farm the new crate all over the Arlor.

Those crates have been discontinued. Marshland crates drop in every zone if you're using luck but they aren't valuable as their drop rate is too high. You could try farming elite golden chests in elite nordr, elite kraken, elite shuyal. Their drop rate is low though. There is a new type of crate currently, Locked Valley Crates. You can farm those using ingredients collected from Greensap farm portal. It takes time and effort to craft but they often pay well as they are required to craft Massive crates in various events. You wouldn't need lepre for this but you would need to level up for the latter, it's level 76 content

You could try farming crates using luck elixir and lepre in event zones. Most event- specific crates drop from event bosses.
