Most of the time we're busy replying to other peoples pm's or where simply afk.

As far as party hats go, we don't *have* to give them out, it's up to us at our discretion, although we'd rather not become known just as a vanity giver.

I always put on my hat if asked nicely. Some people say "Put on your hat" or "Give me a hat"....that makes me just want to leave an instance. And ditto to what Necro said, I don't wear my party hat usually because when I do I get bombarded with PMs asking about it then it becomes difficult talking to those I was helping

When u see an AoA, Its not a benefit. An Aoa is not forced to give out party hats. It is their choice and rights to do so. They earned their place in Aoa and they can choose their privlieages but not Just regular people.
