Appreciating STS Support
In this forum, all I ever saw about STS support are negative things, as like complains of not replying even after several weeks. I didn't have to contact the support team before, but when I finally did I got quite the opposite experience.
Yesterday I found out that my account got banned forever for violating ToS. As I knew that it must be a mistake, I went to the support page and submitted a ticket to appeal against the ban. After the generic 'request received' email, I thought that I'd have to wait for weeks, but soon after I got another reply. They notified me that they reviewed the situation and un-banned my account accordingly. And I noticed with pleasant surprise that it's been only 22 minutes since I submitted my ticket!!
Thought I'd share it here as i never saw any positive thread about the support team.
[By the way, I'm a f2p player, so the promptness has nothing to do with plat history, in case anyone wondering]
