I don’t have the belt, do you see any visual indication that it has proced like the 76 artifact?
There is a visual effect and stat different.

I used it for a while and the only indication of it when it procs feels like somebody pushes you, slight push and some speed. No particles ,no aura, and for the record these gears including arc armor should proc more often or easier to time.
not very good process feels little short change (speed stack negligible would prefer haste or something else) .. the effect is the same as the valley arti with a circle when process which is quite confusing when it is in process not sure which is processing i.e Arti or Belt ...

supposedly the belt has a chance to stack ... but it never shows, not at least in the time I've used it, I think it needs to be fixed

i dont think it is the sparks .. it is like arti process more circles around the toon

It’s 5 seconds. It’s pretty easy to see in evg since it procs on teamate’s kills like ring and arti

Belt.proc.
U can see that circle effect.
