Jewel elexirs are bugged for mage class, not granting jewels. Tried numerous times for the past 2 days and still nothing. Wasted Elixirs.

You are supposed to kill enemies your level or higher in order to get jewels.

Best chances are at your level or higher, reduced chances down to 5 levels below you, and no chance below that.
