Anyone else agree that we should have an awakening event or gems in store soon?

If someone is thinking "It's fine because it's a good sink" yes it is a gold sink, like awakening gems have always been. But I thinking more affordable gems would be even more of a gold sink. Since gear is so cheap nowadays it's not worth it to spend so much on Awakening gems and most of the time get nothing, if this was different then gems would be used more.

We do need another awake event soon, traded gems 14k ea nontradeable 8k ea.
I told people they would rise because when they go from being 8k each to 12k each a week after the event ends is a 50% increase. They increased the price from 8k to 30k a gem which is 3.75~ times of an increase. Meaning 3.75 times less the normal amount of gems being bought in this formula, not 100% precise of one but a relation.
So I said I won't be surprised if gems hit 100k each, the perfect price would be 14k each. The higher the gems cost in event the more profit you will make. Higher price means less gems means more demand and higher price faster. Cheaper means profit as well but less because the gems take ages to rise in value determining on the time of the year.
In Jan 2020 I asked that we don't have an awake event that early because gems would plummit in price then raise super high due to the long span of time before we get another event. People called me greedy and said I wanted to "merch" my "already owned" gems which I had 0 at the time. Guess what gems went from 8k each to 60k each before we had another awa event.

Actually, in my opinion, this is not gold sink. If it was, then the gold that we generated in-game will be deleted, but in this case, it is not. The gold is only transferred to another player giving them more gold and leaving us with less whenever we buy these gems in auction.

But yeah going back to topic, I don’t think we should have an awakening event this soon, but I am 50/50 when it comes to the idea of awakening gems (normal) being available in the store for gold. This is because there are players out there who hoarded a lot of awakening gems from the previous awakening event (anticipating it will rise in the future for them to sell and make profit). The idea will absolutely upset them.

My suggestion would be either increasing the drop rate a tad bit more to acquire the ingredients easier to craft normal awakening gems or having an elixir that increases awakening gem ingredients drop rate in store for gold.

It would upset them? the hell it should!! lol since Awakening Gems are meant to be used not hoarded in the first place.
