TOUR OF ARLOR: THE SEQUEL | WEEK THREE
POST OPENS: 8/31 at 12:00am CT (Countdown)

Week 3 is on! The Tour of Arlor continues with Nordr and Shuyal. To complete this weeks challenge, players must complete (and submit valid screenshots of) all elite maps for these two zones. The maps to complete are:


Elite Nordr
  • Jurn Woods
  • Mount Spyr
  • Oltgar Keep
  • Crystal Caverns
  • Hall of Valheim


Elite Shuyal
  • Shadow Plains
  • Forest Breach
  • Forest of Shades
  • Undim Fields
  • Ashral Tower


RULES
  1. To receive points, you must post ONE screenshot for you and your party, with all players visible on screen with names and guild tags. Players that leave early or are not on screen will not receive points!
  2. The boss must be visibly dead on screen OR the chat box must be visible and show the boss loot. If I can't see the loot in chat, nor the dead boss, NO POINTS will be awarded!
  3. At least one player in party must say the secret phrase. If I do not see this phrase in chat or in a chat bubble, the screenshot will be discarded, and no points awarded!
  4. No duplicate posts! Duplicates will be discarded, so party members, discuss before the run who will post the screenshot. Duplicates will delay weekly results.
  5. There are no restrictions on party size or party make up. You can run solo, with guildmates, with friends from other guilds, or even in PUGs.
  6. Any screenshot posted before the time begins (Monday 8/10 at 12:00am CST) or after the end-time (Sunday 8/16 at 11:59pm CST) will be discarded.


POST GUIDELINES

  1. Please post screenshots in order, using the list above.
  2. Play with timers on!
  3. Keep the same party for each complete run. If party members leave or change, start a new post.
  4. Please keep your screenshots a reasonable size. A width of 800+ pixels is preferred, full size is even better. It got very hard to read the chatbox in a lot of last week's posts.
  5. Play with your chatbox fully expanded. Loot often got lost in guild chat and system messages.
  6. Please use the POST TEMPLATE below to make it easier to accurately record everyone's info. Ideal posts include: All IGNs, Classes, Guild, and labeled screenshots.

POINT SYSTEM


  • Rogues and sorcerers will receive 1 point for each successful run, Warriors receive 2 points. Maps can be run multiple times (as many as you'd like within the week).
  • Complete all maps listed above to receive a one-time weekly bonus of 100 points. Bonuses will be awarded per character.


WEEKLY PRIZES

Top Guild of the Week by points scored: 1,000,000 gold (payable to the guild master of the winning guild)

TOP PLAYERS (BY POINTS)
1st: 500,000 gold + Heroic Egg
2nd: 250,000 gold + Arcane Egg
3rd: 100,000 gold + Mythic Egg
4th - 25th: 50,000 gold


COMPLETION PRIZE
Remember, in order to receive the contest reward vanity, you must complete all six weekly challenges (run all weekly maps at least once, every week). If you do not complete any one week, you will not be eligible to receive the prize.

Player point totals will be tracked in a public spreadsheet available to all players. Please note: Tracking is manual and takes time! There may be significant delays in points tracking. If you believe your point total is incorrect, please wait until AFTER all posts are logged to submit a dispute to Remiem.

*Read the rules carefully! It's easier that you think to lose points because of a simple mistake. *
