Whats the best way to lvl from 62-66 asap? and from 66-71 asap?

i have a 7 day 50% more elixir and arc abaddon + i usually pop the 60% elixir flask when i turn in my quests. But im guessing it takes a day to level up?

Doing all the daily quest, and turning them in with an XP pet and XP Elixir is very efficient! Then run Hauntlet with the remaining Elixir time, everyday. You should get there very fast.
