Hmmm, sorry but i think its not necessary to ban them since they have right to do it. Why did sts made heraldic sets and lb vanities if they cant be used and would be banned? I think it doesnt make sense, anyone can have those vanities, hoard them, or even collect them as collection

You cannot limit their right to have the set.
