uhmm im selling something and ppl replies that its not elite, elite procs more often and way better? itsnt that elite version is just plus 1 primary stat different. can someone clarify and debunk this superstition xD thank you.

It does not proc more often. Futu confirmed that somewhere before but I cant find it XD

Thank you, its just annoying that normal ones are discriminated haha when its all the same with elite ones, thing that differ only is that 1 stat and its blue version.

Yea some say proc is easier, proc duration is longer and cd is shorter. Idk who made up these lies/superstition smh
