Is plat elixir no longer stacking with Electra passive?

Whilst it's possible that I could be wrong but as far as I saw tonight they don't stack

Ad damage elixir does stack with Electra HB, but never the 30% damage elixir in the auction.

For the 30% damage elixir in the auction to stack with a pet HB, the %dmg stat in the pet HB must be **(stacking)**.
