    Default Legendary pet Harry, no max passive ability level 15

    Subj. Is this a bug? I thought all legendary pets are upgrade passive at level 5,10,15(max), but it doesn't for Harry and Heroic Harry.

    No, not a bug - pets aren't really consistent about that.
