Armor?

Is % armor usefull on gear because in the auction i saw an item with 10% armor and the price for that was really expensive and why are people using diamond jewels on items like their arcane speed gear.

Armour reachs a cap where it's effective. I think that cap is 8-9k after that armour will no longer work. An item with high percentages of armour is still good because then you need less armour awakenings in items and you can focus on primary stat or health more, but still armour awakened gear is not rare so in my opinion it's often overpriced like a lot of other items lately. People putting armour jewels in gear is something I don't understand either
