Need to buy townes?

I went to join game and i wanted to join a balefort town through there and it said i need to purchase an elixer. I was using my level 12 character.
Accidently spelt need wrong. Its need to buy townes?

U need to wait til Lvl 13 or buy the elixir that Lets u go to any town at any Lvl (Lvl 3. Can to to alien oasis)

Lvl 13 since when? My level 10 can go into any town (that I bought) and can access the CS.

The bug is where the towne is started by a higher level character. Same with guild halls. The game thinks you are trying to join, just like trying to join into someone's game.

We're in the process of patching out a fix for this bug now.
