unable to watch videos for free plat

I still am not able to watch videos. I am on an older droid and I get the message that it is currently downloading or has reached limit. I have not been able to watch any and have tried each day since it was released. I have tried at both the beginning and the end of a play session. No luck, and now I can't get bigger luck.

While it's a nice thing to be able to earn free plat by watching a video, it's not so nice to say its a way to earn free plat but it doesn't actually work. What is the repair status on this?

Also Tapjoy offer hardly ever work like they should the ones that do usally are ones that offer alot of plat and req. paying something if i wanted to pay for plat. i would just buy it in the game directly

Sorry if you feel ignored. We're aware of the issues with the recently implemented video ads. While some of the blame lies with the partner we chose to implement video ads in game with, much of it also rests with us at Spacetime Studios for not finding a better partner that could serve a larger portion of our users needs. Given the uncorrected issues with video ads, it's likely that they will be removed in a future update. We will continue to look for better options to give to users who wish to spend their free time doing offers for free Platinum.

Are they supposed to be available every 24 hours? If so, i have only been able to do 2 so far. :/
