Sorry, but why. Or does this go for eloia and tyben weapon, etc as well. It should probably be balanced, but not removed. In the current state of pl, especially at 110 mythic, its mainly just running and gunning. You won't find a game that'll actually let you sit and proc then give you time to switch, unless if you have fast hands. Even then it'd be hard to pull off consistently.
Fox and rhino can abuse it very easy, since they can auto while charging away
