Faction Wars

Hey everyone, Chris (ign Truth) here. It’s been a while since I’ve made a forum post but I think that a majority of you will think this would be a cool little addition to the game.

So those of you who play GTA V online may know about the ongoing faction wars, where people, in the case of GTA buy either green or purple alien costumes, fight the respective opposing faction. In the case of arcane legends, this could be translated into something along the lines of Green Arlor vs Red Arlor, or any vanity of choosing by the community. This competition could be in PVP as well as PVE, given various members of the green and red factions face off on the Leaderboard, but my guess is that most of the face offs will be within the pvp domain.

Let me know what you guys think about this idea. Feel free to leave criticism. I feel like this could be a cool little side event to the game, sanctioned by the community.

I was thinking this would be a fun little addition to honor pvp as well. Guild battle grounds could have some serious fun with this as well. Potentially create a green vs red wagered fight.

If this is pvp:
Is it a separate map where sides que up randomly?
If not how does it affect normal teams

If pve:
I imagine it’s only in towns, akin to how we have the bayou brawl?

General:
We are already in two teams (red/blue, & light/dark), do those define our side?

I’m just trying to flesh this idea out

I think that the Bayou brawl would be an interesting place to have the wars as well. In regular pvp, people could just coordinate among friends or other guilds a red vs green fight, maybe even within a guild? I know that sts already added the respective factions in the Bayou, but that is limited to just the Bayou. So, for example, you see someone in tdm wearing red arlor, and you’re part of the green gang. You could join and tell him to call some more reds, and you call some greens.
